SPARSH (Structured Programme on AVT for Rehabilitationists in Speech & Hearing)
SPARSH is an online short-term training programme focused on developing your skills in AVT to support cochlear implant recipients. It is organised by Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and Hearing Disabilities (Divyangjan), Mumbai in collaboration with Cochlear.
SPARSH is Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) approved international course for 30 CRE points starting from 11th Apri, 2022.
Programme highlights
- Research findings on development of auditory brain center
- AVT techniques to help 'Grow the Brain' of babies
- Strategies to develop ‘Theory of Mind’ in children
- Attention and memory enhancement through 'Theory of Learning
Participation criteria
- RCI registered Audiologists, Speech Language Pathologists & Special Educators (HI)

- 12-week programme:11 April 2022 to 27 June 2022
- Video lectures and interactive sessions: Every Monday, 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM IST
